Can life's toughest challenges be opportunities for growth and transformation? I'm not sure what your response is to that question, but I would love to talk to you about it. If you’re navigating personal struggles, seeking clarity, or working toward meaningful change, my mission is to ensure you don't feel alone. I work with individuals facing a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, grief, trauma, relationship difficulties and life transitions. I can help you by creating a supportive space where we can explore your unique story and develop your effective personal coping strategies.

By using a personalized, eclectic approach, I draw from various evidence-based therapies to meet you and see you for who you are. Instead of one-size-fits-all solutions, I'll build a tailored plan focused on what you need. I believe we are all biological, psychological and social. What I offer for you is therapy in all three of these domains.

My background combines formal training in counselling and theology with eight years of pastoring, a master’s degree in counselling psychology, a master's degree in divinity and a diploma in counselling. Beyond the classroom, a decade in plumbing and my service in the infantry have taught me teamwork and our deep dependence on one another.

Finding a therapist who gets you is a big step. I'm here to offer a warm, judgment-free space where you can feel heard, seen, and supported. We'll work together at your pace, and I'll be in your corner rooting for you every step of the way. Whenever you're ready, please reach out and let's start the conversation.
